Neons are not my cup of tea, but Sinful Color's Dream On is definitely one of my new loves! :)
The color made my camera go crazy and I ended exhausted tweaking the white balance settings, but finally came with a shot of the bottle that looks more accurate than how it looks on the nails.
Dream On is a neon magenta cream, dries mate. I was hesitant to purchase it at first because of the bad reviews: streaky and fast-chiping. I don't know what I did different or if I'm blind, but didn't had a streak nightmare and lasted about 5 days before the first chip sign - the corner of my right index & thumb (it happens with any polish I use)
For this manicure I decided to pair it with Sinful Colors Frenzy + Wnw Party of five glitters and used some hearts from Kleancolor Twinkly love
