Hi!
I wanted to share this Android phone app with you ladies - its called My Period & Ovulation Tracker. Its free and you can find it on your android's app market under the health & fitness category. With it you can track your period, the average amount of days between your periods, mood swings, taking the pill, symptoms, etc .Among other things that you can tweak on this app is the function to enable a backup of the calendar. You can also get support via email and add your own values to period length and ovulation day. Once you mark your first period, the app automatically projects it for the following months, but you can modify it in case something changes; Ex: you where late for X amount of days. Its super easy to use and with all the different variants that you can track; makes easier identify your body changes and plan ahead to function around them.

You can choose from 3 themes to customize your tracker
Here is a view of the calendar: The red drop-like icon marks fertile days. The red flower marks the ovulation day and the gray triangles identify the days you're supposed to get your period. You can also mark with an heart icon if you had intimacy. In the "Add new note" section you can add other details; that I will illustrate later.
Here are some of the things you can add to document monthly activity.. Just in case: BMT stands for Basal Metabolic Temperature. the icons are very clever, so they don't need to much explanation. The weight chart saved me from getting hysterical every time 8 pounds more magically appeared on my scale :P
When you choose the symptoms icon, you will get a wide range of sad things that we might go thru :(
In each of them are three categories that range from mild to severe.
The mood icons are quite cute
