I decided to call some products John Doe because they don't have a brand or a specific name on its packaging LoL These 4 liquid eyeliners are a part of a quite large kit my cousin got me for Christmas, she got it at the JC Penney she works. Everything on the kit came in a travel case and there are a lot of products included! I will keep showing you the ones that are good, in case you see it at your local JC Penney.
One of the things that surprised me about the kit where these liquid eyeliners. I've had some of these in the past and they have 0 pigmentation and the applicator tends to be super messy. They are not amazing, but they range from nice to really nice; depending on its color. In general one of the things I love about them is the brush. is thin and medium sized, excellent for my small eyes. The one that I've been using a lot lately is the black. It dries to a very opaque and mate black, nicely pigmented too. Wish it was waterproof tho. The other colors are not as pigmented so I discarded using them for my upper lash line, but as my cousin suggested ( she got one kit for herself :D ) they are excellent to give a touch of shimmer to the lower lash line.
