e.l.f takes on the product:
"Create a balanced and radiant complexion that is beautiful and healthy. The lightweight formula evens out the skin tone and absorbs excess oil. The sheer formula brightens, mattes and neutralizes the skin. The colors are meant to be blended together as the Blue neutralizes orange, the Green neutralizes red, the Pink neutralizes gray and the Yellow brightens and neutralizes red."
Directions:
Blend the powder over the entire face to brighten and even out the skin tone as well as neutralize any redness.
Ingredients:
Mica, Talc, Magnesium Myristate, Polymethyl Methacrylate, Nylon-12, Titanium Dioxide, Octyldodecanol, Dimethicone, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Silica, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Boron Nitride.

My Take: I purchased this product in August last year. Considering how inexpensive they are, I decided to take advantage of their 50% off sales to try as many of their product as I can. I've been very pleased with most of them. I used the product according to the directions ad with different brushes but no matter how little of it I used, my skin turned out pale in person and even more on photos. Then I decided to use each color separately and while it didn't make miracles, it made the redness on my cheeks less noticeable. Now I only use the 4 colors together as a highlight on my brow bone, to set concealer or for a quick fix to uneven skin tone and block shine when I don't want to use foundation. I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, I got it in August and its pretty much intact, a little goes a long way so I doubt I'll run out of it any time soon. Its texture is really fine, soft and silky. I haven't notice any particular smell to it and the packaging is sleek and nice, medium size and it fits nicely with the rest of my studio blushes and bronzers. The mirror comes in handy, specially when you take it to retouch during the day; there's no need for an extra mirror in your purse.
