I was surprise this was my first Revlon nail polish ever. Except for the Color Stay face & lip products, I'm not a consistent Revlon user. Why? I don't know. Got this nail polish at CVS for less than $2. The color really appealed to me, I was intrigued by the suede finish claim and I love dark shades, specially greens.
Emerald City is a dark but vibrant green with beautiful green shimmer. I think the shimmer makes it look less matte, but still looks beautiful and very smooth. I've read that Revlon polishes have a tendency to chip easily, but it started to happen after 4 days; which is standard whit my nail tips. Application was good. I could have done 2 coats, but since it dried so fast I went for a 3rd one to make it extra rich, shimmery and dark - if only hot cocoa could be shimmery! LoL :)
Wish I can find other colors from this collection, loved the suede effect!

no topcoat
Next day to spice it up, I added some bling using Kleancolor My Valentine and clear rhinestones. Then in the rest of the nails I used the Kleancolor Madly Matte top coat.
