motivation is the key

Workout routine update: I'm now attempting to complete the Shaun T Insanity workout program . Started to do it with a friend, took a quick break from it but now I'm back on track, alone.
I really don't expect to end up super ripped like the ladies in the video, I just want to improve my physical condition and maintain my weight. At the end of each session I feel like crap and swear not to do it again, but next day I'm there again. Some say that motivation is the key.....
